What shipping methods are available?

The Products ordered on this website will be shipped through registered domestic couriers only.

How long will it take to receive my Package?

Rajani Group of Companies will hand over the consignment to the registered couriers within 2 working days or as per the delivery agreement at the time of the order confirmation, most orders are shipped within 7 days after dispatch.


PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept most major debit and credit cards, apart from that you can also pay via UPI transactions. Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment.

In case the ordered is cancelled or returned, how will I receive my refund?

In case of cancellation, payment will refund within 7 working days & in case of returns the payment will be processed after the products are received back by the company.


Order & Returns

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, one has to first add the products in cart or press on the ‘Buy Now’ button which will lead to the check out page where the address and payment details can be added.

How can I cancel, modify or return my order?

To cancel an order or to make any modification to the shipping address post the order placement you will have to contact us at (+91-9825607989 / [email protected]) within 24 working hours, if the order has been dispatched then we can’t cancel or modify the order.

Once the order is placed, no changes will be allowed to the order itself.

Returning of orders will be allowed only in case the package received is in a damaged condition or if there are any manufacturing related issues. If the order is received in a damaged condition, please contact us on the above-mentioned email and mention your order ID with an image of the condition in which you received the package In that case, you will be entitled to a full refund in the form of a store credit or a transfer to the original mode of payment within 7 working days, after the order has been returned to and received by the company.

Do I need to create an account to place an order and how to create an account?

Yes, in order place an order or add products to the cart or the wish list, one has to create an account which can be done by simply clicking at the sign-up button which will lead to the register page.
